Items purchased online can be exchanged within 10 days from our Chedda Nagar store, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging. Exchanges are only permitted for manufacturing defects; size-related exchanges must be handled in-store. Products can only be exchanged in case of a manufacturing defect or size issues.
